Accuracy is the foundation of our work. When we get something wrong, we fix it openly.

How to report an error

Use the Report it to our editors link at the foot of any story, or email editorial@intorwanda.com with the story's address and what you believe is wrong. An editor reviews every report within one working day.

How corrections appear

A corrected story carries a notice at the top saying what was changed and when. A clarification adds context without changing a fact; an update adds new information after publication. We do not silently change published facts.
